        FOR WHAT ACTIVITIES?

        For Aquagym and Aquajogging. Aquajogging is a water activity allowing you to move in the water by recreating the technique of running. This activity helps you to tone your body by boosting your cardio workout to improve your long-term cardiac endurance. You can exercise in deep water with a buoyancy belt or with your feet on an Aquajogging treadmill.

        USER COMFORT

        Keeping your bust on the surface of the water, the EVA foam belt fits your back snugly for optimal comfort during use.

        INSTRUCTIONS

        Position the belt at the bottom of your back, the adjustment strap should sit on your waist to maximize your comfort during use. The curved part of the belt should be placed at the top.

        3 EXERCISES TO BEGIN YOUR ACTIVITY

        Basic position: with the belt pressed against your back, keep your back straight and your chest tilted slightly forwards; you’re ready to begin!

        EXERCISE 1:

        Run in the water to tone your whole body: Take the basic position + Make a pendulum movement back and forth with your arms and legs in opposite directions. Remember to bend your knees and extend your legs, then push them backwards through the water.

        EXERCISE 2:

        Alternating kicks to tone your legs: Take the basic position + Bend your knees towards your bust and stretch your leg outwards. Alternate the movement from one leg to the other and repeat.

        Exercise 3:

        Knee lifts to boost your cardio workout and tone your skin: Take the basic position + Bring your knees towards your bust then stretch your leg towards the bottom of the pool. Alternate the movement from one leg to the other and repeat.
