TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Why have shorts with an adjustable waist?Or a label?

We made sure to include the feature most commonly requested by parents: an adjustable waistband.
The idea is to keep children covered during all their adventures.
And since children under five can have trouble telling front from back, we added a fun label to help them out (and make life easier for parents!).

Kids and the ordeal of getting dressed

Age 2 to 3 is when kids start to assert their independence by dressing themselves without help. Does your toddler want to do things on their own but can’t always manage because they lack the dexterity? Fastening a jacket, putting on pants the right way around, slipping on a shirt without getting their head stuck... Life can be hard for little ones!

Helping kids to dress themselves

Our design team challenged themselves to create clothes that let kids get dressed independently at as young an age as possible. With easy-to-close zippers, a wide neck so their head doesn’t get stuck, visual markers so they can get their clothing on the right way around, and more! With a little help, tots will gradually learn to dress themselves like the big kids.

Partnering with a physiotherapist

We partnered with a physiotherapist to design clothing that gives kids more autonomy. “The challenge is to prevent kids from getting discouraged. They need small victories to encourage them to keep going and repeat actions until they become automatic,” explains Agathe, our partner physiotherapist.

60 minutes of daily physical activity

Did you know that to stay healthy, your child should get at least 180 minutes of physical activity every day? And at least 60 of those minutes should be moderate to vigorous exercise.
Regular physical activity from a very young age is beneficial for your child’s physical and mental development. Learning healthy habits early on can help limit health problems later in life.
