Thank you for taking the time out to review our product "Bike Foam Grips 100" while installing this product on the handlebar we have to sprinkle water on the grip region and then slide the Grip in this way it gets easier to put this on the bars, please bring the product back to the store we will provide a replacement and also we will instal them on your bike in the right way.
