The derailleur exploded
Roy (Singapore) Used for 3 to 6 months
After months riding and maintaining it, one day I was riding small jumps, I landed therefore the derailleur suddenly exploded, the cogs were fine but the whole derailleur just broke into 2, scratching my frame paint and it bent my 8 speed cassette too
Response of the brand

Hi Roy

If you're looking to execute stunts on your bike, this is not the ideal derailleur. Nor bike, assuming you are running a bike with 8 speed.

I would suggest you try looking for a proper DJ or slopestyle bike.

Or upgrade your drivetrain system that has a clutch mechanism.

Shimano derailleurs that has a clutch mechanism usually require you to spend quite a bit of cash there to get product designed for it's intended use as usually you would need to swap the entire drivetrain system.

Otherwise, my suggestion is go Single Speed with a DJ frame.

Good but not up to the 9 gear mark
Avinash (India) Used for 3 to 6 months
The shifter is sturdy and will shift easy till 7 gears, pushing it till 8, but could not go to 9, in my MTB. It needs more flexibility in the side swing to cover 9 gears. However, it is really good for its price tag.
