The waterproffing on this is excellent. I have been using it for at least 2 months then writing this review. in heavy rain, it performs nicely. I think you should buy it. it's worth the price.

I bought 2, one for myself and one for a friend about 2 years ago. Both are still working perfectly fine for thousands of kilometres and have been through everything cycling in rain storms cam throw at it. The light is not the brightest but is bright enough, can see the road
decently and is very bright for onlookers. It is a perfect safety light to carry on BRMs as it has rear red flasher and front light which is good enough. Battery lasts as claimed. Thank you Decathlon.
