After purchasing this item, during the initial inspection and handling, it seemed sturdy. However, issues arose after several uses; it no longer unlocks. Fortunately, it was not attached to my bike when the malfunction occurred, and it is now permanently locked in the basement

parking area of Century Mall in Makati. You are welcome to visit and see it for yourself, or alternatively, you can send a keymaster to unlock it. I made multiple attempts over three days, even using oil in an attempt to unlock it. I followed the advice of one of your employees to move forward and backward during the unlocking process. Despite these efforts, it remains permanently locked. Exercise caution when purchasing this item, as it appears to have bypassed your quality control. In frustration, I threw all the keys in the garbage since they are now useless.

I'm on my second one in ten months. The lock started sticking more and more. I got to the point of pondering becoming a locksmith but after a week of carrying my angle grinder with me....just in case.....I returned it and paid extra for the longer version..........only iñf the

same problem after four weeks! An absolute p.o.s. obviously Decathlon don't spend much time testing them. Now I'm a nearly unloyal customer. I still shop there due to great staff . If you fancy being stuck in the middle of nowhere with an unlockable lock on your bike.... choose these! Great chain. I may just chop the lock off and buy myself a quality padlock.
