Especially like the waterproof cover on the chain. Also helps to hide the chain to make it look more presentable. Slightly heavy to sacrifice for the security. Length is good. Actually bought it to replace small U-lock

After purchasing this item, during the initial inspection and handling, it seemed sturdy. However, issues arose after several uses; it no longer unlocks. Fortunately, it was not attached to my bike when the malfunction occurred, and it is now permanently locked in the basement
parking area of Century Mall in Makati. You are welcome to visit and see it for yourself, or alternatively, you can send a keymaster to unlock it. I made multiple attempts over three days, even using oil in an attempt to unlock it. I followed the advice of one of your employees to move forward and backward during the unlocking process. Despite these efforts, it remains permanently locked. Exercise caution when purchasing this item, as it appears to have bypassed your quality control. In frustration, I threw all the keys in the garbage since they are now useless.
