It's a decent product overall, helps you keep your foot in optimal position and provides a little bit of extra grip. They are too flexible for using dem on a fixed gear bike as it flexes too much during upstrokes. If they were a bit more harder or the option to strap them to the pedal would have made this a perfect product.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. The Clips specifically is used to keep your feet in position during slippery conditions of rain or slush. It is only for this usage. It cannot replace the SPD pedals. I remain available for more questions or help in the future.
