A mini pump will is convenient, easy to clip onto your bike or stash in a pocket bag. Has provisions for both Presta and Schrader. Despite being small its best-suited for high-volume MTB tires, it also does a solid job getting road tires back to riding pressure.A mount/bracket should be provided in the box and not separately for this price point rest its a good to go product.
Had high hopes for this product and it failed me miserably, the pump lets a lot more air out that it pumps in, it is an absolute pain on my road bike. Not recommended.
Thank you for taking the time out to review our product. This model as the name says is meant for Hybrid bike tyre were the pressure needed is less than compared to a bike, for Rad bike we have separate Hand pumps. also please note these are emergency pumps and is to be used only when you need a quick fill during your rides, and it will not replace a regular foot pump in terms of ease of use and comfort.
It’s good. Nothing wrong with it so far. It does what it is supposed to do for the price. The construction is rock solid (as expected from Decathlon products).
I bought this a few weeks back. Today I finally needed to use it to pump my bike's tires a little bit. They have schrader valves. I can't get the pump to fit the valve, although I've looked at the instructions and the product description says it works with schrader. It just doesn't fit. Total waste of money. Now I have to go buy a proper pump and can't use my bike until then. Also, I can't return it because I've thrown the receipt away. Who would have thought that a simple bike pump from Decathlon could now work? I feel completely cheated.
The pump had not lived up to the promised specifications. The air started leaking on the other side when the schrader side was used. On little adjustment of the screw, it deflated the entire tyre. The , It could not inflate a tyre even 10% after 30 minutes. Really bad product. Never experienced this for Decathlon products.
Thank you for taking the time out to review our product "Mountain Bike Hand Pump Black" we apologies for the inconvenience it caused you, the nozzle on this one is a screw-type instead of the lever type which you see on a regular hand pump, screw type is more efficient as the air leakage is minimum, you need to completely screw it in on the valve it should be firm and this way you there won't be any leakage. If you have followed this step and still facing the issue, please return the product and you can ask for a replacement.
Bought this product for my cycle and then I had to purchase a connector also.
Now the connector doesn't fit properly to the pump and when I fit it to the valve of cycle air starts leaking, also while pumping the connection gets disconnected and loss of air. Not worthy enough and overpriced. 900₹ wasted, highly disappointed
Thank you for taking the time out to review our product "Mountain Bike Hand Pump" could you please tell us for which valve are you using this pump? All the pump model available with us are compatible with both Schrader and Presta valve. it comes with an extended flexible head tube which makes it convenient to use, the black side is for Schrader and silver side for Presta. You have to completely screw over the valve and not half the way in this way you will never have a problem it disconnecting, please follow the manual to understand the usage or you connect with our store team and they will help you with same
The fitting arragement to the neck of the tube is very difficult to fit
Good in difficult scenarios
Quality is very good ,feels more than premium.
Even I can pump air to my motorbike in case of emergency but it takes a lot of effort, that is another story.
I am reducing one star because they didn't put the proper price ,first they put the price 800 but when I moved to billing it got billed for 1000,they simply cheated me.
Overall a good quality hand pump.
I bought this pump despite having read a review that described how bad finger hut after using this product. It’s exactly that bad. The effort to connect the hose to the tire (mine was Schroeder connection) is totally unacceptable. It literally hurts your fingers after connecting the hose to the tire. The product looks nice from an aesthetics viewpoint, but its really bad from a usability viewpoint. Clearly this product did not go through a complete usability testing before launching it.
