Loads of space for anything I would normally have in my pockets. The phone holder is great, can still use touch screen but I have to fight to get my iPhone 10 in and out. For reference I have a life proof case on my phone, my girlfriend has a thin rubber skin on her phone. Her phone is a littler easier to fit but still wish the phone pouch was a bit bigger.
