Bolts are short. had to use half inch longer. Otherwise easy to assemble ( also attached my own locknuts) looks great on bike. Wife likes

Quality of the basket is good. Size just right for backpack or small shopping bag. The screw provided abit too short, had purchase separately. Visibility need to improve. Had move the rear light and install on the basket.
