The tool does exactly what it is designed for
Easier than traditional chain whip
James (United Kingdom) Used for 2 week or less
Grips 11 tooth cassette fine but you need a longer cassette tool, like the decathlon one, to get a spanner on without fouling the teeth for the other sizes.

Good piece of kit and did exactly what I needed it for.
Not perfect
Alex (United Kingdom) Used for 2 week or less
Easy to fit onto the cassette (mine is an 11 speed) but the lugs on the opposite face get in the way of the spanner preventing you from easily turning your cassette removal tool
Easily better than a chain whip
W (United Kingdom) Used for 2 week or less
Snapped two chain whips from amazon trying to remove a particularly light cassette lockring. This tool is a beast and did the job perfectly
Very clever and worked a treat

Really impressed with this tool. An ingenious solution to the problem of gripping a cassette - I'm surprised nobody else makes or sells them (as far as I've seen). I've just used it for the first time and it worked a treat. That was on the 12T sprocket of a Shimano 12-25 block.

I did notice however the reviewer who said it didn't fit their Shimano 13T sprocket, so I then tried slotting (the now loose) 13T from my block on the tool - it didn't fit properly and then jammed and I had to force it out. The 12T sprocket fits easily and snugly. So there may be a problem with using it on 13T sprockets.
