Very good quality, good price. I bought it for my 8 years old girl and she love it. The staff was brilliant they fit it for her,let her try before and after fitted.
These are a great product my kids are well pleased
It's early days but so far, so good. The front brake pads are a bit sticky, even though I've adjusted them a few times, although if it continues to be a problem, I'll mention it in the first service and hopefully get it sorted. The front brakes notwithstanding, for the price, this is a good little bike for my 10-year-old daughter.
Good service and product
My son love this bike..since we bought it...he used it all the time
we got some sound advice on sizing and styles
Very pleased with our purchase
Great product, customer service and value
We bought this for daughter and we have had it for now 18 months. It has hardly been used. Within three months of buying the bike my a low speed impact seemed to almost collapse everything on the bike. Took it to a different bike shop repair. Springs have now gone in the brake handles. I must stress this bike has hardly been ridden but it just keeps breaking. Very disappointing.
I'm sorry to read that the bike is not rideable. Without seeing the bike, it is hard to assess the level of damage and how much work is required to get it back on the road. Please contact your local Decathlon store workshop to get it assessed as any non consumable parts which are faulty (due to a manufacturing defect) are covered for 2 years (including labour) and the frame, forks, bars, stem and seat post all come with a lifetime warranty: https://play.decathlon.co.uk/news/lifetime-warranty-on-decathlon-bikes-sold-after-1-june-2013

Forget your 18 speed mountain bike that seems to be the norm. How many mountains do you know that kids cycle up?
6 speed is all is required for street bikes, daughter loved it from 1st sight eight up to now. B-TWIN knows their stuff.
Highly recommended for ages 9 - 12.
