It moves easily under not-so-heavy weight. It has no specification on how much weight it can hold. I I have a dumbell with 5+2+1+1 KG plates and the clamp is too weak.
Useful only for very light lifting

the grip is slowly getting worse. Once i was doing hammercurls with 6kg on each side and the lock just gave up and all the weight fell down, narrowly missing my foot. Now i have a hole in my floor, but at least not a hole in my foot.
