TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Ease of use

You can set the jerry can down or hang it up. We added a cord that you can attach to the holes of the purpose-made handle.

Advice

We recommend rinsing your jerry can 3 times using clean water before its first use. To fill the jerry can, just slide the handle off. We added markings to help you:
- "open" to remove the handle,
- "close" to put it back on.
Before putting the handle back on, don't forget to pass the upper part of the jerry can over the bar in order to ensure it closes properly.

Instructions for use

Solely designed for storing and drinking water. Do not add water hotter than 60°C. Not suitable for pop, milk, or alcohol.

All of our products and materials meet food contact standards currently in force. They are BPA-free.

Weight and dimensions

This jerry can was designed to be compact and lightweight. Dimensions when folded: 40 x 15 x 10 cm. Weight: 150 grams.

Repairs:

If your jerrycan has a hole in it, you can repair it by using our “6 patch adhesive repair kit for inflatable mattresses.”
This product works perfectly on our jerrycan and the patch meets food contact standards.

Very happy with this emergency purchase when my husband took our other one and left me without. It sits well on a table when full. The hanging device/handle is very durable. 10l water lasted 3 of us a full day for camping - food, drink, washing up. No plastic taste to the water yet either.

For the price, it's potentially good value - lightweight, packable, no funny taste, reasonable tap,carryable, and good options to stand or hang it when in use.

But, and this is a big but (I must be a weakling as no one else seems to mind) is there a 'knack' to filling it up?

Picture 5 of 6 shows the user happily holding to the plastic bag while filling it up with water, but in my experience you need Eddie Hall / Adam Ondra-levels of grip strength to fill it up much beyond 5 or 6 kilos before it slips out of your fingers like an angry porpoise*.

So,if you're hench, or you only want to use a little bit of it's capacity, fine. If like me, you're thirsty and/or weak, I'd look elsewhere.

*granted, I've never met or held one of these.

I love this, and have recommended this to friends. Bought this for BBQ, and it’s so simple to bring around. Left it there on the table and brought soap, so we could wash hands after preparing food, and then having to BBQ the food. Great for kids to wanna wash hands frequently too.

I use a camp shower at home to save water and all my previous camp showers had inner waterproof linings that eventually flaked away.

I love this as there is no inner lining to worry about. I just affixed the small tube and showerhead nozzle from my old camp shower and hung it from the hook in my bathroom: presto! Camp shower!

The only problem is that the way I hang it, the last litre of so does not flow out so I will just have to fill up a bit more water than I may need and just keep the remainder for the next shower. No biggie. Great product!
