the product build quality is good but the single charge doesnot last more than 15-20 mins. you need to keep spinning for continuous use, which is irritating at times.

If the torch didn't work even after that. Please feel free to claim refund for your product at your nearest Decathlon store.

I was gone on a trip for 5 day to kasol and on the first and second day it work fantastic but one 3 day it gave up ... don't buy cheap torch ...put a more money and buy a quality torch

i have been using this torch and have found it sturdy and useful for daily usage as well as occasional since its reusable by winding it for charging when light gets dim.
