What is the temperature rating?
All our sleeping bags display the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory, according to European standard ISO 23537-1. The comfort temperature is the lower limit at which the user is in general thermal equilibrium, neither too cold nor too hot (for an average person in normal conditions). Use this rating to choose the sleeping bag that’s right for you.

What you need to know about temperature
A sleeping bag does not produce heat; it retains the heat produced by your body. If you’re chilled when you slip into a cold, damp sleeping bag, it’s very likely that you’ll feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! Your thermal comfort will therefore depend not only on the environment (humidity, wind, etc.) but also on factors that can make you feel colder (fatigue, etc.), equipment (insulating mattress, etc.), and clothing.
Sleeping bag tips
Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough). Warm up your extremities: hats, gloves, socks, hand/feet warmers, rubdowns, etc. Try tucking a hot water bottle in with you, as long as it’s securely closed.
Perform isometric exercises by contracting your muscles to generate some heat.
Use a sleeping bag liner for more warmth and to help keep your sleeping bag fresh.

The generous mummy shape is wide at the shoulders and narrow at the feet, optimizing thermal insulation and saving space while allowing freedom of movement.

About the filling
We use 2 layers of overlapping wadding:
- one 115 gr/m², 100% polyester (70% recycled)
- one 150 gr/m², 100% polyester (70% recycled)
The filling is made from silicone-coated spiral fibres that make it highly compressible and durable.
Despite its thinness, the trapped air makes the filling highly insulating.
It retains its warmth even when wet.

More sustainable development information
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water and also produces wastewater from the dye baths. To reduce this impact on the environment, for the grey fabrics of the sleeping bags, we dye every other yarn in bulk, thereby reducing our water consumption and pollution.
This process can reduce CO2 emissions by 16% compared to traditional dyeing methods.
In addition, we use a wadding made from 70% recycled polyester
How to repair your sleeping bag
Snags happen! The good news is that they can be repaired to prevent the tear from getting bigger and letting the filling escape.
We recommend self-adhesive repair patches (ref: 8584596).
Warranty:
This sleeping bag is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of sale indicated on the receipt. The product covered by the warranty will be exchanged free of charge. The warranty covers product defects excluding any resulting from normal wear and tear or irregular use. Keep the product and sales receipt required for this special 5-year warranty to be valid.
