Use temperature:
All our sleeping bags have temperature ratings tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in accordance with the European NF ISO 23537 standard (2017).
The comfort temperature is the lower limit at which the user, in a relaxed pose, is in overall thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (for a standard woman in normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag accordingly.
What are the temperature ratings?
Limit temperature: temperature at which the user huddled up in the sleeping bag is generally in thermal equilibrium and feels neither too cold nor too hot (defined for a standard man in normal conditions of use).
We recommend using an insulating mattress to optimize your thermal comfort.
This sleeping bag has a synthetic fill to guarantee performance even in damp conditions.
What you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you’re tired and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, you’ll likely feel cold no matter how good your sleeping bag is! These temperatures therefore depend on the person’s resistance to cold (bulk, fatigue, etc.), equipment (mattress with insulation, etc.), clothing (naked, underwear, etc.), and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
For greater comfort, before getting into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (one layer of clothing is enough).
Keep your head, hands, and feet warm: hat, gloves, socks, bed warmer, etc.
A flask filled with hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (if it can’t accidently open!)
Contract your muscles: 70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat. However, you should do this without moving, as this can cause drafts of cold air.
Use a sleeping bag liner to maximize the heat inside your sleeping bag.
Shape:
Generous “mummy” shape: wide at the shoulders and tighter around the feet to optimize thermal insulation (no loss of heat) and remain compact while keeping relative freedom of movement.
Width at the shoulders: 70 cm. Height at the feet: 32 cm (in size L).

Try out your bag before buying it to make sure you have the right size. The weight/volume ratio and thermal comfort are optimized in mummy-type sleeping bags. With a fitted sleeping bag, there’s less volume to heat (saves your energy). However, this type of sleeping bag can limit your freedom of movement, especially when the zips are closed.
Warranty
This sleeping bag is guaranteed for five years from the date shown on the receipt. The product covered by the warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. The warranty covers product defects, excluding those resulting from normal wear and tear and improper use. This special five-year warranty is only valid upon presentation of the product and receipt.
