Useful for when staying in hostel or to line inside my sleeping bag on multi-day hike (to keep my sleeping bag clean, and I can wash this liner when I'm home). The bag comes with its pouch attached to it, which is very useful so you won't lose the pouch. My only "complain"
with it is the lack of a button to close it. So I have added my own velcro strip.

Not cheap. But its so light and compact compared to the cotton sleep liner which is heavy and bulky. So yes i recommend it.
