Welcome to the returns page for products purchased at our GTA stores. We have implemented two simplified procedures to allow you to return your items. Decathlon Members: 365 days Decathlon Members benefit from an exchange/return window of 365 days following the date of purchase. The purchase must have been made using your Decathlon Member number and be registered on your account. Non-Members: 30 days with receipt If you are not a Decathlon Member, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange or a return, upon presentation of your receipt.
Please follow the appropriate procedure based on the type of product you wish to return. Important: When making a return, it is mandatory to provide proof of your purchase. This information is essential for processing your return request. We also request a completion of this GTA Customer Return Form.
Without this information, we cannot guarantee the processing of your return.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will happen on the same original payment method.
If you paid with a debit card or cash, the refund will be paid out in the form of a Decathlon gift card which will be communicated to you by our customer service team via email. Gift cards are usable online and in-store.
For standard-sized items, the return process is autonomous and handled through Canada Post.
Make a copy of your receipt(s) and circle the items being returned.

Print your shipping label via the Canada Post link.
Place a copy of your purchase receipt and the completed return form inside your package before shipping it.
When dropping your package at your local Canada Post office, please request and keep a receipt for your records. This is proof that the return was sent.
For bulky or oversized items (all items larger than 100 cm/39.37 inches or weighing over 30 kg/66 lbs), the collection is coordinated by our team and the fees are covered by Decathlon.
