TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Inflation and comfort

For your comfort and to preserve the lifespan of your mattress, it's important not to over-inflate it. When you sit on your inflated mattress, you should feel the ground close to your buttocks. When you stretch out on the mattress, the air pressure will be distributed under your entire body and provide optimal comfort. Use a pump with an integrated pressure gauge such as our 5.2 L hand pump - 7 psi. The recommended pressure level is around 0.3 to 0.5 psi.

Après 2 utilisations de 1 puis 2 semaines (soit 2 gonflages) 2 des alvéoles ont explosé a l'intérieur du matelas. Expérience très désagréable lorsqu'il reste encore quelques nuits a passer en tente...

Surement dû a un problème de gonflage, les instructions de gonflage fournies avec le matelas ne sont pas claires

Je tiens à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de nous remonter cette information.

Je prends note de votre commentaire, et vais voir ce que nous pouvons faire pour rendre les instructions plus simples.

Nous testons nos matelas avec nos équipes ainsi que nos testeurs externes. Suite à ces tests, nous conseillons un gonflage "modéré". Ce gonflage laisse sentir très légèrement le sol au niveau des fesses lorsque l'on est assis sur le matelas. Une fois allongé, le matelas vient englober le corps et permettre un confort optimal. Ce gonflage évite les sur-tensions au niveau des soudures, et donc, les fragilisations anormales du matelas.

Si malgré cette précaution vous rencontrez ce problème, alors ce n'est pas normal.

Dans ce cas, je vous invite à effectuer un échange ou un remboursement dans votre magasin DECATHLON habituel.

Bonjour,

Après 4 nuits dans un environnement sein ( nuitée dans une voiture) le matelas se dégonfle en à peine 2h.

En sachant qu'il n'est pas possible qu'il ait eu une fuite suite à une cause extérieure (utilisé dans une seule circonstance) , qu'est-il possible de faire pour avoir un matériel utilisable?
