Love it. I've been using it every day. I go on it when taking work calls or watching Netflix. It's a great way to get extra steps in and engage my lower body. You can make the workout as easy or as hard you want it to be. I was a little hesitant at first when trying the floor
model because it seemed a little too easy. I'm glad that my new unit offers greater resistance. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Value for money. Mini stepper is really calories burn. I play 2-3 times. 15-20 minutes per time. And really sweat. It can play every day. And it think it’s better than running on gym 30-40 min.

Nice, very easy to assemble stepper. This is a twist stepper so has a side to side action which targets thighs and glutes, so if yours aren't strong already it might be tough to start with but as with everything it gets easier with practice. Assembly inst4uctions were very
easy and has a nice section on foot positions to try and target specific muscle groups. I wanted something cheap with decent difficulty to use at home. Just don't expect a standard stepper as you'll be disappointed.

So hard to use especially for beginners

So stiff, hurts so badly when i try to use the stepper, i can not use this stepper for more than 4 minutes at a time. Is there any way I can reduce the stiffness?
