Great bike for the price, but when I received my brand new bike the brake discs were badly contaminated with grease making them unbearably squeaky. Had to order new pads and discs to replace.

Hi Liam Thank you for taking the time to review our RC120 Road Bike. I am sorry to hear about your less than satisfactory experience with the discs being greasy. This should not be the case with the product and we are sorry that you had this less than pleasant experience. You
can actually come down to any of the experience stores (Singapore Lab, Orchard, City Square Mall, Northshore, Bedok or Joo Koon) and our mechanics will clean up the discs or do a replacement for you. All bikes also have a free basic safety check within the first 3 months of purchase which you may also raise your concerns.
