After 6 months use product quality is poor. Not getting Long casting....no maintenance information available about the product

Reel got useless in first month itself

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and we're so sad to hear that you had a bad one.
Reel getting malfunction within a month is really unfortunate and we would like to know about this issue. Could you please let us know what went wrong with the reel. If possible kindly take the reel to a nearby Decathlon store and our sport leader will give that a physical verification and if it comes under manufacturing defect we would exchange it with new one.
