TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Design

Our design team watched futsal players in action on the pitch to develop this Hybrid futsal ball.
This ball has a hybrid design combining the comfort of machine sewing with the durability of hand sewing.
We also used a bladder wound with thread (2 km of threads are wrapped around the bladder) to ensure durable inflation and better sphericity.

Weight

Between 400 and 440 g.

Circumference

Between 62.5 and 63.5 cm.

Sphericity

Average measured variation: maximum of 1.5%.
We measure the ball's sphericity at 16 different points and take a look at the recorded discrepancies.
When the discrepancy is greater than 1.5% (FIFA PRO Standard), our engineers are tasked with improving the sphericity to ensure consistent rebound.

Maximum pressure loss

20% in 72 hours.

Bounce

Between 55 and 65 cm with a maximum difference of 10 cm between the ball's highest and lowest bounce. Each ball is dropped 10 times on a steel plate from 2 metres high.

Precision

Our design team rolls the ball on an inclined surface towards a table. The direction of the trajectory and the variation of the trajectory's angle are measured: maximum acceptable deviation of 5°.

Shape and pressure retention

The ball withstands up to 2500 shots against an inclined concrete surface at 50 km/h at a distance of 2.5 m. Maximum 1.5 cm increase in circumference, maximum 1.5% variation in sphericity, and maximum 1.5 psi change in pressure.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience you have had with our Futsal ball. It was never our intention make you or your kid disappointed.

The Futsal ball is designed specifically for indoor 5-a side futsal games and not for standard football games. The ball only weighs between 400-440 grams which is lighter than a standard football. The futsal ball has a thick stuffing above the bladder to stop it from bouncing like a regular football ball. This is also one of the reasons why it feels a little heavier even though it is lighter than standard one.

If you are looking for a light football ball for your kids, we suggest you exchange it with a F500 Light football ball.
