CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE
You should choose the size of your shin guard based on your height.
- 134 to 152 cm (4'5" to 5') = size S/M
- 153 to 188 cm (5' to 6'2") = size L/XL
Directions for use
Once you put it on, it should be neither too loose nor too tight, but should stay in place when moving.
Check that it is securely fastened before starting your training.
CARE AND STORAGE
Avoid storing the protective piece in damp areas. Store in dry, well-ventilated areas to ensure any perspiration dries. Do not machine wash. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Leave to air dry. Avoid any exposure to heat and extreme temperatures
