TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Component’s water-repellent feature

Wedze gloves and mittens are treated for water-repellency to ensure that water is not absorbed, but rolls off the surface. This means the fabric does not become saturated with water. It remains light and warm. The water-repellent property is obtained by applying a treatment to the outer surface of the fabric. To remain effective, this treatment must be renewed every 2 to 3 washes with specific products that are available in our stores.

Waterproof membrane

This ski glove has a water-resistant membrane that consists of a very thin polymer film, placed between the lining and the part of the glove in contact with the outside. This membrane acts as a barrier to make the product waterproof. The product’s outer materials also benefit from a water-repellent treatment that reduces water absorption. Only a rubber-type glove is waterproof. A glove’s waterproofing is limited in extremely wet conditions, even with a membrane.

Windproofing

All Wedze mittens and gloves are windproof. Did you know that the wind makes you feel colder? With an outdoor temperature of 0°C and a 20 km/h wind, the perceived temperature will be -10°C Windproof components can reduce wind chill from actual or apparent wind.

Easy on

Simply pull the wrist-strap with the opposite hand.

Anti-loss system

An elastic drawstring goes around the wrist so you can remove the gloves on ski lifts without losing them.

It was hard to get inside his hand and it keep falling off. I am pretty sure i chosed a good size for him. I am not really sure whats wrong.

We bought these gloves as she was found our existing gloves weren't keeping her hands warm or dry and also found them itchy. She loves these gloves as she no longer has these problems and they match well with her Wedze ski jacket.
