Low build quality and terrible warranty support

Some bolts were dropped because nuts for it were not installed. I made warranty claim but got provided junk, rag bag blots and nuts. Now my golf trolley is miserable because of it.

After a months use the trolley starts moving to the right or left, when pushed. The locking mechanism is not user friendly. Returned twice in a year.
