TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Suitable clothing

The body produces heat during exercise that can be preserved through the thermal insulation of your clothes. If your clothing is unsuitable, the body will get colder and blood flow to the hands will drop in order to retain heat in the central core. Gloves and clothing must be fit for purpose to keep your hands comfortable.
If you're unsure about size, it is always better to opt for a pair of hiking gloves that are slightly too big than too small.

Warmth from liner gloves = 3°C

Worn under your gloves, our liner gloves increase use temperature by 3°C on average.

How is the use temperature measured?

All our gloves are laboratory-tested using a thermal hand to determine their degree of warmth and minimum temperatures for use.
The minimum temperatures for use (recommended and limit) come from a study carried out with a test panel of 23 walkers exposed to temperatures ranging from 5°C to -20°C and 10 km/h winds. These temperatures are only valid in walking situations.

I bought these in the hope they would be warm enough without top gloves. They are as described liners. The fingers with the touchscreen sections doesn’t always works which is a bit frustrating.

This pair of liner gloves work well to retain heat on my palms during winter. Sometimes I didn't even need to wear the actual gloves on top of the liner and I felt fine!
