TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

How is bag volume measured?

We use a standardized method to measure the volume of every bag: the main compartment and each pocket are filled with little balls. These balls are then emptied into a graduated container to get the equivalent volume in litres.

Bag technical tests

We conduct laboratory tests to validate components: fabric, buckles, straps, foam padding, zippers, etc. For example, for a fabric: resistance to abrasion and tearing, colour-fastness in UV light, resistance to washing, and waterproofing. The finished product goes through a test replicating demands on the bag over a number of years to check the strength of the construction. The bag is weighted then placed on a dummy that reproduces the movement of fast walking through thousands of cycles.

Nice but with major flaws.

Firstly the hip strap are position too low and the top part will flip down. The side mesh pockets with elastic straps is not deep enough to securely hold down even a normal 500ml bottles. While it has nice big capacity, enough pockets , good pricing and good enough workmanship. I cannot accept the flaws so i did not purchase after testing.

Cloths, yes, bars, handphone, wallet towel no prob. But if you place a 1 litre bottle or bike lock in it, the item will drop pull u down from the waist. So Don t put and tools like rench bar

Rather than putting it on the front and causing the bag to swing and letting your back hurt by putting far too much weight for hydration on the front, you may check out our hydration bags for these other alternatives. We have 2 options for you to choose from, if you like it at the waist you may view ALL MOUNTAIN MOUNTAIN BIKE WAIST BAG WITH WATER BLADDER - BLACK or if you want to segregate your weight to the back you may view TRAIL RUNNING HYDRATION BAG 5 L - BLACK/BRONZE

The strap is designed at the lower end of the pouch. When I put in more and heavier objects eg 2 x 1L water bottle, wallet etc .. and strap on the pouch, the top of pouch swings downwards and inverted out, instead of staying fully upright. I ended up worrying if the pouch will fall off during the hike. Poor design which we didn’t realize until we started using!
