The inside fabric is brushed, a tried-and-tested method for retaining heat. The principle is simple: the knit fabric’s structure adds volume to trap air, which is naturally insulating. It is exactly the same principle as animal fur or feathers.Cuffs provide extra protection against the cold.

What is the fleece material and why is it so warm?

Synthetic fleece reproduces the performance of wool: warmth and thermal insulation, while being lighter. Soft and comfortable, it dries quickly and allows the skin to breathe.

Is a soft and pleasant material fragile?

We test for durability. For example, we verify that the fleeces do not pill, that colours do not run, and that repeated washing does not affect the fabric’s properties.
