Tips on optimizing your isothermal bottle's performance

Fill bottle with boiling water for 5 minutes. Replace the water with your beverage. Close bottle.
The fuller the bottle, the better it keeps its contents hot or cold.

Features

Partially unscrew the cap to pour the liquid out easily. You don't have to fully remove the cap, which would reduce the isothermal performance. Screw the cup provided onto the bottle for easy transport.

Care instructions

Wash by hand, then rinse with fresh water, and leave to dry with the cap open. The bottle is dishwasher safe, but the stopper and cup are not.

First use

Rinse all pieces of the product 3 times with clean water before first use.

fantastic flask

This flask is quite simply fantastic. I have used it daily for 3 months. I have the plain stainless one as reviews said that the colour can chip on the other versions. I considered buying an official Thermos but so glad I went with this as it meets my needs and is much cheaper. I use it exclusively for tea and it is piping hot for 3-4 hours, hot for 6 hours. Keeping it as full as possible keeps the liquid hot (no/lack of air gap). My routine: preheat flask w/boiling water, wait up to 5 min, empty out, add milk then add boiling water, add teabag, stir occassionally w/chopstick/non-metal implement, remove teabag after 5 mins, secure lid. Every 2 months I fill the flask with boiling water and a dishwasher tablet and leave for 2 hours, then rinse with a little rinse aid and cold water. This removes all tea stains and makes your flask sparkle.
