We used this for trail running instead, and the results were remarkable. It was able to cover a long distance without needing to be refilled. Plus, it was able to carry other essentials. Its good, but the old the design a few years ago was better with the outer netting, which I use it to store flat shoes and an extra waterbottle for when I go skating. Still have the old one, but needed a spare. This will do though. The older design had a plastic clip at the front, this one is velcro which sometimes catches onto my sports top.

Took this out today for a ten mile run and it was great. Lightweight, holds secure and doesn't move around when running and lots of pockets to put phones, keys, energy pouches in etc. To those saying the water flow isnt that great, you need to bite the plastic slightly to increase water flow. Great little product. Would definitely recommend!
