ITIWIT SUP 10”
Jamie (United Kingdom) Used for 2 week or less
After spending £300 on a paddle board, the first trip was cut short due to the side hissing air right along the board.

Direct replacement not in stock offered a display board at no discount knowing this has been sitting on display for months.

With products at this price I expected better from a company so big.
Also ran out of pumps when I come to collect so had to travel to Argos at Berwick upon tweed 1.5 hours away just so we could use it.

The staff member we dealt with was outstanding and had been to the best help she can provide.

Will wait to see a response from this review.

Poor quality and poorly designed.
Donald (United Kingdom) Used for 3 to 8 weeks
I have access to over 20 boards through my work and lots of experience in teaching paddle boarding. This new model is considerably poorer quality than other boards available at the same price and the sides quickly develop leaks which need to be repaired. The material is not as durable as the previous Itiwit boards and the leash is terrible as it is not coiled. This means that it drags in the water and gets in the way. The repair kit does not come with glue and the fin comes off very easily and sinks. We have lost 3x fins now; one per day.

I hope Decathlon will read this and arrange a return. I live 200 miles from the nearest store so it is not a question of just dropping the boards off.
