TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Wadding thermal insulation

The thermal insulation will keep your young skiers at the right temperature—neither too hot nor too cold. This garment adapts to the body’s movements and to the outside environment. Wedze uses a wadding for insulation to keep the body warm. This synthetic polyester-based lining traps air based on the size of the fibres to insulate from the cold. The thicker the wadding, the more air it contains and the warmer it is.

Coating treatment

The coating is a waterproof material spread over the inside of the jacket’s exterior fabric. It prevents water from seeping into the garment but allows sweat to escape. This way, young children stay dry and comfortable.

Taped main seams

In addition to the waterproof fabric, the taped seams enhance the waterproofing of this jacket. These waterproof adhesive strips, taped to the inside seams of the garment, make it perfectly watertight. These taped seams are found in areas most exposed to snow. On this jacket, these are the shoulders and chest.

Pull’n Fit zipper technology in the arms

The innovative Pull’n Fit technology precisely adjusts the jacket’s sleeve length to perfectly fit the child’s body shape. A buttonhole system inside the sleeve adjusts the sleeve length to the child's arm. This way, it will fit your child for at least two years!

Snow skirt.

The snow skirt is a protective system located at waist level. On this jacket, it closes automatically when the child fastens their ski jacket. It prevents snow and draughts from entering when practising winter activities, especially in the event of a fall.

Ski pass pocket

No need to get your ski pass out! The sleeve has a ski pass pocket for easy access to the lifts.

Customization

There is a label at the top of the back lining on which you can write your child's name to personalize the product. Practical when you want to find your jacket at ski class or school.

How can your children stay warm on the slopes?

To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-technical-layer rule: - Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry. - Layer 2 or the insulating layer, to keep heat in. - Layer 3 or the protective layer, to protect against bad weather.
