How can I be sure that my baby stays warm while sledding?

The padding keeps the body warm. This polyester-based synthetic material traps more or less air depending on its thickness. So, the thicker the padding, the more air it contains, and the warmer it is.

How can I be sure that my baby stays dry while sledding?

The boot's vamp (low, thermoplastic part) is snowproof. To make the entire boot waterproof, pull the lower part of the pants, from the snowsuit to the gaiters, over the boot. A recess under the sole for the pants/ski suit elastic helps hold it in place.

Why do these boots have identical right and left feet and large eyelets?

These winter boots have been specially designed to be put on easily. There is no difference between the left and right feet of these furry boots. This means that babies can dress unaided. What's more, there are two eyelets that allow the child to pull on the boots by putting their forefingers inside for a good grip.

What is the difference between traction and grip?

A shoe’s traction depends on tread number and shape (3 mm on this boot). The grip depends on the sole materials and the tread pattern, like car tires. Traction optimizes propulsion, prevents slipping when going uphill, and stabilizes the shoes.
Grip prevents the boot from slipping and skidding on smooth ground or in demanding conditions (rain, snow, ice).

You can write your child's name on the label at the top of the lining to personalizes these boots. Very useful for finding their snow boots!

Good boots, why not just make left & right feet?!

These are good boots, much warmer than wellies. However, they are quite clumpy and heavy-ish & I wouldn't want my child walking long distances in them, but then that probably isn't what they are intended for. I don't understand why these don't have a left and right and why this seems to be a selling point. When they're on, they do look like they're on the wrong feet. Why not just make them left and right like any other shoe? I find this unnecessarily annoying.

I bought these for my 16 month old for winter days. I bought them too big so she could wear thick socks. But try as I might, I can’t get the things on her! I have a foot measuring device from Clark’s so I know I got the correct size and they look massive compared to her feet, but the heel just will not go over her heel, even with thin socks on. I’ve tried every way to get them on including her putting all her weight on them but they are still not going on. Yet they look huge. Cannot recommend them for ease of use at all, ended up buying Jojo boots instead.

Got 1 pair, too big 22-23.
Then got 2 smaller pairs as I was sure that it would fit my little one but I could not get his feet in as the ankles are too tight.. had to return them
Not waterproof and difficult to put on

NOT WATERPROOF! My baby’s foot was soaking wet and the water was freezing! And that’s just from splashing in a tiny puddle. Also, I managed to get her feet in eventually but it was difficult. I wouldn’t recommend. Impractical and not fit for purpose.

Returned as could figure out which was the right and left boot. Seemed as though they were both the same shape. Couldn’t imagine them being comfortable for my little one
