TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Water repellency

The fabric is treated to ensure water repellency. The treatment prevents water from staying on the fabric's surface, limiting its ability to absorb water. When wearing the jacket while hiking, water runs off the fabric. This is what water repellent means. Thanks to its water repellency, water does not soak into the outer fabric. The pants remain light and dry more quickly.

Windproof

Wind protection is very important since wind can significantly chill the body, whether active or at rest. According to a windchill model, at a temperature of 5°C combined with winds of 30km/h, the perceived temperature will be 0°C. If the air temperature is 0°C & wind speed is 30km/h, the perceived temperature will be -6°C. Materials used in our products help to counter the chilling effects of wind

My son is a wheelchair user and finds his lap gets very wet when it's rainy. These trousers have been ideal for him. They're not plasticy like some waterproof / water resistant clothing. They're also warm enough to cope with Scottish weather but still breathable. We bought more of them because he wants to wear them every school day - whether they're outside at school or not! They also have great thigh pockets (again, great for wheelchair users!) that are big enough for my son's phone. Highly recommend!

My son is a wheelchair user and finds his lap gets very wet when it's rainy. These trousers have been ideal for him. They're not plasticy like some waterproof / water resistant clothing. They're also warm enough to cope with Scottish weather but still breathable. We bought more of them because he wants to wear them every school day - whether they're outside at school or not! They also have great thigh pockets (again, great for wheelchair users!) that are big enough for my son's phone. Highly recommend!
