The F500 football socks were designed with polyester and spandex thread to prevent the sock slipping around the calf. They also feature a specific knit that's tighter around the ankle and instep.

Durability

A soccer sock needs to be durable to support the shin during play and hold up to wayward studs from time to time.
That's why we chose a polyester and spandex thread so these socks can take whatever comes at them on the field.

Poor quality, stitches are opening, threads coming out. Never expected such quality from Decathlon. I will never buy clothes or similar products from you ever again.

The f500 football socks are created for intermediate footballers to be used 2-3 times per week. You should not face any thread issues as long as you wash them inside out at 30 degrees. The foot fitting of the sock is quite tight. It is probably intended for smaller fee than mine. It was hard to determine which sock size was best for me as the sizing labels were vague. Apart from that, the material is fine and the sock length is substanitial.
