TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

Size

Children between 6 and 10 should try a size S. As of age of 10, size M is recommended for thin faces, and size L for larger faces.

How to choose the right mask size

Place the mask on your face without the strap. Use your hands to press down and make sure your mask is firmly in place, blocking your breath.
If the mask “suctions” properly and stays stuck to your face, that means it fits and will be watertight.

 If it doesn’t stay put and falls off, water will be able to get into the mask and you’ll need to try another size.

Prevent your mask from fogging up

New mask: Wash your mask with liquid soap and warm water. Use your fingers to remove any grease. Don’t use a sponge.

Before each use, spit into your mask and wipe the lens with your fingers to rinse it.
Wet your face to limit heat loss between the skin and your mask lens. This will help minimize fogging.

Use an anti-fog spray to eliminate fog completely.

Silicone

Made of silicone, a very flexible material, the skirt moulds to the contours of your face, creating a watertight seal.

Tempered glass lens (sizes M & L), polycarbonate lens (size S)

Tempered glass is two to five times more durable than traditional glass. It is more scratch resistant than a polycarbonate lens. If it shatters, it breaks into small pieces, reducing the risk of major injury. For children’s safety, size S is made of polycarbonate.

This mask complies with EU standard EN 16805. 2015. certified by the INPP (French professional diving institute).

They were perfect for our SCUBA diving course. Never used them post that trip. But worth buying them. Will definitely recommend them for the beginner divers.
Fogs up within 20 seconds.. don't buy this

This mask is bad. It fogs up within a very short timeframe, under a minute. So you can't see anything at all. I tried returning it for an exchange but customer service said that I should've bought the antifog mask. Why sell something that doesn't work? The glass is also very think and prone to shattering in your eyes.
