tiny little gloves - no use at all

ordered a 2XL - biggest i've ever ordered anywhere and they are more like a medium. I cant get them on. Not sure if its a product error - miss labeling or they are all small although i did consult the sizing chart. Now stuck with the painful process of trying to clarify
if it's an error or they are supposed to be tiny and how to return or get a replacement. This seems to be a time eater in itself. Very disappointed.
