You can use your hands or knees, starting from one end and working your way to the other.Roll and Squeeze: After removing as much air as possible, roll the mattress tightly from the valve end to push out any remaining air. As you roll, periodically stop to squeeze the mattress to force air out.Re-Seal the Valve: Once you've removed as much air as possible, close the valve securely to prevent air from re-entering.
