The Glenarm 100 boots are the lightest in our range. They are barely 1.4kg in size 9/9.5. Whether you’re hunting or out for a stroll, this waterproof boot keeps moisture out, even in muddy, rainy conditions. Made with tear- and abrasion-resistant materials, it’s also Resistant to tears and abrasion.

To keep your boots in good condition, clean them after each use with water and/or pH-neutral soap (avoid using hard brushes or abrasive sponges). Wipe dry with a cloth or let dry in a well-ventilated place away from heat sources. Store the boots upright, preferably in a dry place with good ventilation. 800 female hunters helped co-design these women's hunting wellies for all types of woodland hunting.

These hunting wellies have a puncture and scuff-resistant multilayer rubber upper, a reinforced instep, and a rubber outsole. This model makes walking in the forest or over rough ground with no problems, and hunting becomes easy while moving about in dense and aggressive vegetation: brambles, gorse, and thorny bushes.

A hardwearing model designed to last

Some 800 female hunters from all over the country collaborated to develop the Solognac's women's product range. Following several work meetings and "round tables", around 30 of them contributed to the development of this model. The guiding principle? The ergonomic design of the boot needed to be specially suited to the shape of a woman's calf, ankle, and instep for comfort on all types of terrain.

These boots keep feet protected, so wearers can freely pursue their passion. This model, specially created for female hunters, has an adjustable side gusset designed to fit the shape of their calves. This gusset also makes it easier to get the boots on and off: the quick-adjust system is simple and easy to use.

Anatomic design: A key essential focus for these women's hunting wellies

These boots mould to the shape of your foot, ensuring great stability. They are as comfortable as slippers and the reinforced back holds ankles in place at all times. This model also features 5 mm lugs for optimal grip and mud removal while walking. Note that the space between the lugs, their orientation, and their placement make for better foot motion and easy cleaning.

Are my boots warm enough for my winter hikes?

A 100% waterproof mid-height inner shoe protects the part of the foot most in contact with the snow. The textile upper is water-repellent and warm for good protection against cold and snow.

How do my boots protect me from outdoor conditions?

A boot’s traction depends on the number and shape of the studs. The grip depends on the sole materials and the tread pattern, like car tires. Traction optimizes propulsion, prevents slipping when going uphill, and stabilizes the boot. 
Grip prevents the boot from slipping and skidding on smooth ground or in demanding conditions (rain, snow, and ice).

What is the difference between traction and grip?

Boots with Snow Contact soles provide maximum grip and traction on snow for hiking. The strategic arrangement and height of the lugs (5 mm) ensure optimal grip when hiking on snow. The lugs are designed to grip hard snow and evacuate excess water to avoid slipping.
