We listened to your feedback and used the latest technology to improve the following for a better experience:
- Ventilation: the tongue is now made entirely from mesh to better ventilate your instep. Enlarged side vents.
- Fit: we moved the heel stiffener inside the shoe for a better fit.
- Comfort: no more seams on the tongue and sides (seamless construction).

What have we improved?

Based on your feedback, we decided to slightly widen our road shoes. They also used to be a little bit short, so we’ve corrected that too!
You can now order your normal sports shoe size.

Our clipless/flat pedals are designed for riding on roads and in the city with either normal or Shimano SPD-compatible shoes.

Pedal Type

These pedals have a 9/16" (1.4 cm) standard thread that is compatible with all adult mountain, hybrid, city, and road bikes on the market.

Bike compatibility

To mount the pedals, you will need an 8 mm (5/16") Allen key.
Make sure you screw each pedal on the right way: clockwise for the right, and counterclockwise for the left.

Adjustment

When learning to use clipless pedals, make sure you plan ahead each time you want to unclip and put your foot down (at traffic lights, when stopping, or when there's an obstacle in the way).
If you aren't yet completely at ease with cleats, you might want to use the flat side of your pedals on the more technical sections of your ride.

With in-mold technology, the external polycarbonate shell is moulded while expandable polystyrene (EPS) is injected. 
The resulting structure is harder, sturdier and extremely light.

Sometimes surprises along your way leave you no choice but to push or carry your mountain bike. Our hybrid sole is inspired by trail running (for grip on the ground) and mountain biking (for grip on the pedals) to keep you comfortable and supported whether walking or cycling. 

The heel stiffener and flex grooves keep you comfortable when walking. 
And its grooved multidirectional lugs drain water and mud whether going uphill or downhill, walking or cycling.

Hybrid sole

In addition to giving you traction when walking and pedalling, the ST 500 shoes will also let you ride worry-free: the durable shell limits impacts and abrasion. The elastic sockliner all along the opening makes it easy to slip them on and prevents dust and pebbles from getting in.
To prevent unintended snags, tuck the quick-lacing system into the tongue!

Our 520 pedals are designed for adults doing sports mountain biking: entry model to introduce you to clipless pedals.

These pedals come with screws and Shimano SPD-compatible Rockrider cleats.

These pedals have a 9/16" (1.4 cm) standard thread that is compatible with all adult mountain, hybrid, road and indoor bikes on the market.

The 520 clipless mountain bike pedals are compatible with all shoes that can take Rockrider cleats that are Shimano SPD compatible.
We recommend the ST 100 (ref. 8512376), ST 500 (ref. 8500914), XC 100 (ref. 8512218) or XC 500 (ref. 8512245) mountain bike shoes.
