How to inflate your gym ball
Fully inflate your exercise ball and use a tape measure to check the diameter. As a guide, here are the maximum diameters of our exercise balls: Size 1 = 55 cm (22”), Size 2 = 65 cm (25.5”), Size 3 = 75 cm (29.5”). Sit on the ball and check that your knees are at hip level. If not, adjust the inflation level accordingly. Please note: You can also use the pump to inflate your soft ball or fabric balance cushion.

This quick and easy-to-use pump allows you to inflate your accessories for more comfortable workouts. Each pump moves 0.9 L (0.9 qt.) of air! The pump is 30 cm (12”) high by 5 cm (2”) wide and weighs just 115 g (4 oz.).
