Is this Pilates mat right for you?

It’s important to wash your mat after a workout where you put your feet, hands, and head on it. 
Simply use soapy water and a small dish towel. 
Leave to dry in the open air, ideally out of direct sunlight.

You may notice an odour when first using your mat, but it will disappear over time.

Choosing a band that meets your exercise needs

With a 5 kg band, you’re aiming for a higher number of reps rather than lifting heavy weights.
It’s ideal for rehabilitation, like exercises recommended by a physical therapist, or warm-ups.
Try these stretches with your band:
- Seated or standing toe touch: pass the elastic under your feet and bring your torso toward your shins.
- Right angle: lying on your back, place the elastic across your feet and try to extend your legs.

Do not store in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures.

What’s the difference between a soft foam and hard foam massage roller?

When should you use a soft massage roller?

To use a soft mobility roller for self-massage, use it on the area you want to work on.

Simply place the massage roller on a flat surface and roll it over the area, be it your back, legs, arms, etc.

Never overdo it and stop if you feel any pain.
