Bike compatibility
These pedals have a 9/16” standard thread that is compatible with all adult mountain, hybrid, city, and road bikes on the market.
Mounting
To mount these pedals, you will need a pedal wrench (15 mm [3/5"] Allen key) Make sure you screw each pedal on the correctly (there is a right and a left side): clockwise for the right, and counterclockwise for the left.

Instructions for use
Avoid pushing through your heel or arch as you pedal as this can lead to pain and fatigue over time. For improved comfort and more efficient pedalling, position the ball of your foot just above the pedal’s spindle.
Security
Because they are made from resin, these pedals are less likely to injure your shins and calves if the pedal spins back unexpectedly.

Changed the cranks on my Brompton for non standard ones, Brompton folding pedal no longer worked with this set up, so bought these as an inexpensive solution. Very pleased with this product, good grip and less painful on your shins than metal pedals. Look good on my Brompton
and lighter too. Great value.

The spring clip to fold or open the pedals is very stiff. The bearings don’t allow the pedals to rotate freely on the crank and so they remain in whatever position you stopped pedalling. No amount of lubricating spray etc corrects both of these faults? However they are cheap s
