How to measure tire wear
Inspect the tread to measure wear on your city bike’s tires to know when they need replacing. Usual signs of wear include: - tread starting to fray - appearance of micro cracks - low tread depth - carcass is visible. All of these indicate the tire is worn and needs replacing.
How to remove a tire
To remove your tire, start by deflating the inner tube completely. Once deflated, use a tire lever to remove it from the rim.
How to fit a tire
To put the tire back on, place one side of the tire into the rim. Next, inflate the inner tube about 30% before putting it into the tire (inflating the inner tube beforehand reduces the risk of pinching the innertube). Then, insert the other side of the tire into the rim, starting on the side opposite the valve. Before fully inflating the inner tube, check to make sure it isn't pinched between the tire and the rim.
How to inflate your tire correctly
Inflate your tire carefully. The recommended pressure is indicated on the side of your tire. Also, before each outing, make sure that your tires are at the correct pressure for your ride.

When inflating your tire, make sure you inflate it to the suitable pressure for the terrain and the weather conditions you will be riding in. When riding in wet weather, lower the tire pressure to increase its traction. When riding in dry weather, increase the pressure for better performance.

These are good tires for the price, had only one puncture in several thousand km of riding. Just be aware that there is not a lot of tread so wet pavement or gravel might not be the best on these tires.

Merci Décathlon pour le superbe outil qui permet de trouver des pièces adaptées à votre vélo juste en rentrant la référence de celui. Cela permet pour les noobs comme moi de savoir quelle pièce commander. Je ne sais pas si c'est l'outil sur le site ou la personne qui a préparé
la commande qui s'est trompé mais le pneu est légèrement trop grand pour mon Elops, et frotte parfois le garde boue. Toutefois, il est robuste et de bonne qualité.
