Why use kettlebells for your workouts?

Thanks to its rubber coating, the kettlebell absorbs shocks and prevents scratches on your floor. It’s the ideal solution for getting a quality workout without worrying about damaging your floors.

Why does the kettlebell have a rubber base?

We recommend using the 8 kg (17.6 lb) kettlebell with the rubber mat (ref. 8651539) so that you can put it down safely, without risking damage.

Be careful when dropping kettlebells.

Underneath the rubber layer is cast iron, which can be damaged by moisture. It is therefore preferable to store the kettlebell indoors in a dry place on a rubber mat (part no. 8651539), to avoid damaging your floor.
To clean your kettlebell, you can use a damp cloth or microfibre cloth.

Perform 3 to 6 swings with 1 to 2 minutes recovery time at the end of each swing:

- Goblet squat: 8–15 reps
- Burpees: 8–15 reps
- Kettlebell swing: 8–15 reps
- Dumbbell thruster: 8–15 reps


Try our coach’s weight training circuit (1/2)

For each exercise, start with the lowest number of reps (make sure that you stop before your maximum, when you still have 2 reps in you). Then increase by one rep per week until you reach the higher number in the recommended range. You can then increase the load.

For more of a challenge, try running in between your sets, or reduce (or even omit) the rest time.
