Start training as soon as you receive your weight training bench.

Wipe the weights bench with a damp cloth after each workout. This helps increase the lifespan of your bench. Sweat is acidic and can damage the cover of your weight training bench. We also recommend wearing a T-shirt or laying a towel on the bench during workouts.

In weight training, disc collars are an essential accessory, and yet they are sometimes tricky to manipulate (especially the butterfly disc collars!). That’s why we’ve designed this disc collar to be easy to put on and remove in just a few seconds with only one hand. 
The 5-point tightening system ensures your safety by preventing weights from sliding on the bar (up to 15 kg/33 lb if the dumbbell is vertical).

Why choose this pack of weight training disc collars?

Disc collars are installed on barbells or dumbbells, after you place your weights, to hold them in place as you work out.
Here is how to install this one:
- Lift the burgundy tab to loosen the disc collar.
- Slide the disc collar onto your 28 mm (1”) bar or dumbbell.
- Close the disc collar by closing the burgundy tab.
And your disc collar is on!
Remember to put one on each end of your bar.

For safety reasons, these disc collars cannot be repaired. That said, if the disc collar breaks under normal conditions of use (the maximum weight was not exceeded), you can bring it to a store to find the best solution.

What to do if your disc collar breaks

Always remove the disc collar from your bar at the end of your workout.
Store it in a cool, dry place out of the light.

How to store your 1.55 m (5 ft.) weight training bar

A bar is an essential accessory for weight training, since it allows you to work all your muscle groups. Here is a rough overview of the muscle groups engaged.

Which weights are suited to the 1.20 m (4’) bar?

This steel weight training bar does not like moisture! Do not store it outdoors or in a damp place (such as a cellar).
To clean it after your workout, you can wipe it with a damp cloth.
Most of our weight training racks are equipped with a bar support. If you don’t have a weight training rack, we’ve designed a storage rack (ref: 8788246) where you can easily store your bars and weights.

Store your 1.20 m (4’) weight training bar correctly so it lasts longer.

Toning the legs and glutes with the 1.20 m (4’) bar:

How much weight can you add to these dumbbells?

The weights are fastened to the threaded bar by a nut. This keeps them secure in any position. During dynamic workouts, check the nuts between each set, especially if you hear the weights knocking against one another. 
Minimal movement is normal and safe so that you can easily install weights onto the bar.

Train safely with the dumbbells set

This dumbbells set is the perfect solution for storing your workout equipment! Simply place the dumbbell bars and their weights in the case and easily store it under a bed or in a cupboard.
