Design

How to choose a groin protector
There are 2 types of groin guard: - Classic, rigid model to protect genitals while boxing or doing martial arts (Muay Thai, kickboxing, full contact karate), - Pro model with flexible side walls and soft gel edges for unrivalled comfort for disciplines practised on the floor (MMA, Brazilian jiu jitsu, wrestling, sambo, etc).
Which size should you choose?
The classic model comes in 2 sizes: Junior and adult. Note: Brief sizes vary depending on the person's size, but the groin protector size remains the same.Choose a size based on your size: under 164 cm = junior size over 164 cm = adult size
Instructions for use
For a better fit, wear briefs or underpants over protective gear.
Care advice
Machine wash the briefs. Clean the groin protector with a sponge and soapy water.
